Mary Beth Benison Foundation presents:
Spread the Love
Hosted by Katie Benison Camell Executive Director, Mary Beth Benison Foundation
The Mary Beth Benison Foundation helps people from all walks of life during the most challenging periods of their lives. We depend on generous contributions from our family, friends, and community to help fund our efforts.
Over a 15 year period Mary Beth overcame numerous health challenges but in 2014 she was diagnosed with two terminal illnesses, mesothelioma and ALS. Her ability to fight and remain strong through this devastating news was inspiring to many. Mary Beth often expressed how grateful she was to have the support of family and friends. She had tremendous compassion and knew how difficult it was when dealing with an illness and she wanted to find a way to help.
The foundation was started as a way to continue her legacy of kindness, love and compassion.

Spread the Love – Katie Talks About Matt Bruce
Matt Bruce was a young man who loved life and although he passed away in 2014 less than a year after being diagnosed with ALS he continues to be an inspiration to those who knew him. He had an indomitable spirit and lived life to the fullest, traveling, going to sporting events, spending time with family right up until the very end. His brother AJ and sister Lauren join Katie Benison Camell on the Spread the Love podcast and tell his story.
