WORCESTER, MA– On this edition of the Voice of Business from the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce on Radio Worcester, we’re joined by Connie Askin, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass and MetroWest.
Connie highlights an exciting new initiative designed to spread awareness of Big Brothers Big Sisters while also recruiting more mentors: Paint the Town Green!
From September 14–20, businesses and organizations in Worcester, Fitchburg, and Marlborough are invited to showcase the color green in creative ways to show their support for youth mentoring. Whether it’s green lights, green displays, or green accents in your workplace, each effort sends a powerful message that mentoring matters.
Participation is simple—no fundraising required. Just use green, help spread the word, and be part of a community-wide effort to empower children. Supplies like window decals are available through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
