Broadway Star Megan Hilty Coming to Worcester for One-Night Show at JMAC on Sept. 13

Worcester MA -Eric Butler, the man behind Broadway in Worcester, stops by Talk of the Commonwealth to tell us about the latest artist he is bringing to Worcester. Broadway star Megan Hilty. She will be appearing at the JMAC on Friday September 13th. Hilty will be familiar to TV audiences for her lead role on the series, “Smash”, the series also starred Debra Messing and Katharine McPhee. On Broadway Hilty played Glinda in “Wicked.” Worcester will be her last performance before she goes into reversal for her new Broadway musical, Death Becomes Her, based on the 1992 film which starred Meryl Streep. Hilty will be performing in the intimate Brick Box theater at the JMAC on Franklin Street in Worcester. Showtime is 8 pm and will feature Hilty telling stories as well as singing.
