Jake “No Love” Paradise has overcame a lot of challenges to get to the point where he is fighting for the WBC USA Silver Heavyweight Championship, Friday Night at the DCU Center, first fight at 7 PM. Jake has been through a lot in his life. Growing up in Main South in Worcester he got in some trouble and at one point OD’d but now he’s celebrating 10 years clean and sober. He says getting into boxing at the Main St. “Y” really saved his life. Paradise normally fights as a Cruiser Weight so he’s giving away a lot of pounds in this fight. Turn out Friday for a hometown hero.
