Emergency Communications and Management Commissioner Charles Goodwin runs down the history of the 311 system in Worcester. From the original idea to the implementation over the past year. This Tuesday, July 23, Worcester will open a 311 Customer Service Center at 799 Main St. The center will be open Tuesday through Saturdays and will have service representatives on site to handle complaints about trash and more. You can continue to use the 311 app. to report illegal dumping and other issues.
