The Paragus Firehouse Cookoff is September 17th at Polar Park! Radio Worcester’s Hank Stolz will be your Emcee along with Mike Hsu from the PIKE. Organizer Lt. John Franco, WFD (Ret.) gives us the details and tells us the money raised will go towards Detect Together and WFD6K. At the Paragus Firehouse Cook Off, firehouses from around the city compete to create dishes for a panel of local celebrity judges, plus a People’s Choice award. As Lt. Franco tells us these dishes are fantastic so bring your appetite. The event is 5 – 9 p.m.
