Worcester, MA- The public conversation surrounding UFOs and UAPs continues to evolve, especially following the release of recently declassified Pentagon files. During an appearance on Radio Worcester, paranormal researcher and author Ronnie LeBlanc argued that the government’s approach to releasing information has been deliberate and carefully timed.

LeBlanc believes the disclosure process is strategic rather than accidental, suggesting that officials are slowly acclimating the public to ideas once considered fringe.

From UFOs to UAPs

LeBlanc explained why the terminology has shifted from UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) to UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena). According to him, many reported encounters involve objects entering or emerging from oceans and bodies of water, making the newer term more accurate.

That shift has also brought increased attention to naval investigations and military observations connected to unexplained aerial and underwater activity.

LeBlanc suggested that many of the technologies described in government files appear far beyond current known human capabilities, leading some researchers to explore theories involving advanced intelligence or dimensions outside normal human perception.

The Interdimensional Theory

Rather than believing the phenomena are strictly extraterrestrial, LeBlanc discussed the growing theory that these entities or intelligences may be interdimensional.

He described the possibility that these phenomena exist outside conventional understandings of physics and consciousness, capable of manipulating space, time, and even human perception.

LeBlanc also connected these ideas to reports of paranormal encounters and cryptid sightings, including creatures like Bigfoot. He suggested that UFO sightings, paranormal activity, and unexplained entities may all be related aspects of a broader unexplained phenomenon.

AI, Consciousness, and Non-Human Intelligence

A major topic during the interview involved the phrase “non-human intelligence,” a term increasingly used in official discussions surrounding UAP investigations.

“Non-human intelligence is what they’re referring this to. Not extraterrestrial, but non-human intelligence. And isn’t it interesting that we’re right in the age of AI and I do believe they’re one and the same or maybe coming from the same thing,” LeBlanc said.

The discussion explored how rapidly advancing artificial intelligence technology has changed public perception about consciousness, intelligence, and humanity’s understanding of reality itself.
