Worcester, MA- On this edition of the Thrive podcast, President and CEO Sean Rose, talks about the fact that for the first time in over a decade Thrive is now fully staffed. Rose said that recruitment has been difficult. Thrive has had to be creative to attract and retain staff including how they approach wages. Thrive has been able to hire a number of newcomers, particularly from Haiti, to fill a number of positions. Now, by being fully staffed, they have been able to unlock a number of backlogged services and supporting a number of families and caregivers.
