Worcester City Clerk Niko Vangjeli stops by Talk of the Commonwealth on the Radio Worcester Network to explain how an item gets placed on the agenda. Controversy erupted in the city after an item on a Cease Fire in Gaza did not appear on a previous council agenda. That matter has since appeared before the council. The incident led councilor’s to direct the clerk that the majority wishes to focus on issues local to Worcester. Vangjeli tells us how Rule 11, which governs petitions, will be used going forward.
