Worcester Telegram & Gazette’s Santa Fund Celebrates 86 Years of Giving, Aiming to Help 7,500 Children This Holiday Season

Michael McDermott, Executive Editor of the Worcester Telegram and Gazette, stops by Talk of the Commonwealth to talk about the T&G Santa Fund, now in its 86th year. McDermott said the T&G Santa is something that can bring everyone together. This year they will gather toys for over 7,500 children. The fund is one of the great responsibilities of the Telegram and as a way for the paper to give back to the community. McDermott noted that many individuals and organizations have been giving to the fund for decades.
