A BBB review goes through a vetting process to confirm the customer’s interaction with the business. Megan looks at the importance of legitimate reviews, the issues with fake reviews on other platforms, and the benefits of leaving reviews for BBB-accredited businesses, both positive and negative. The BBB does not allow anonymous reviews or inappropriate language and removes personal information.
