WORCESTER, MASS- Theresa Lynn from the Girl Scouts and Che Anderson , celebrity judge, appeared on Voice of Business to talk about the Fork It Over event on August 5, at the AC Hotel. Fork It Over Worcester is a fundraiser organized by the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts. The event features local chefs creating sweet and savory dishes using Girl Scout cookie ingredients. Local chefs will create sweet and savory dishes using Girl Scout cookie ingredients, which will be judged by a panel of celebrity judges as well as the event attendees. The event is designed to be interactive and engaging, allowing attendees to mingle, sample the dishes, and take home a cookbook featuring the recipes. The funds raised from the event will be used to bring Girl Scouting to girls who may not have access to it, as well as to keep the program affordable for families. A new Girl Scout cookie will be introduced in January and featured at the “Fork It Over” event the following year.
