Worcester Regional Food Hub Expands to Union Station with 24/7 Kitchens

worcester regional food hub

Tuesday, March 11th, is a big day for the Worcester Regional Food Hub as they move the ovens into Union Station. That will eventually allow the food hub to operate five kitchens at once. They’ve been preparing for this day for months, building out the space at Union Station. They can operate one out of the Greendale People’s church right now. This day has been a long time coming, and Shon Rainford, Food Hub Director, speaking on the Voice of Business from the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, says they will be online in two months. This will be a 24-hour-a-day operation out of Union Station. If you have an idea for a food business, now is the time to get in touch with the Worcester Regional Food Hub.
