WORCESTER, MA-Sari Rivera joins Hank on the Voice of Business from the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce to talk about the Senior Connection Caregiver Summit and how her organization, Culture Redesigned, is involved. The Senior Connection Caregiver Summit is a free event designed to support caregivers, providers, and the aging population with panels, workshops, and resources. The summit was created to address the growing challenges facing an aging population, including housing insecurity and the immense pressure placed on family caregivers. “We’re going to be discussing also the pressures of being a caregiver. We all want to be able to have the honor of taking care of those that took care of us once upon a time, but the reality is that that does bring a major shift in our life and what are those supports that are out there?” Rivera also talked about the work of Culture Redesign. She described her company, Culture Redesign, as a firm that helps organizations build thriving workplace cultures to attract and retain outstanding talent. “You don’t want a toxic culture in your workplace… You want to be able that people go there and feel like, Hey, I really like being here. I really like being in this environment. My voice matters.
