WORCESTER, MA– District 2 City Council candidate Rob Bilotta joined Matt Wally, Guillermo Creamer, and Randy Feldman on the Radio Worcester Roundtable to discuss key local issues shaping the city and his campaign.

The group examined the role of political endorsements, agreeing they can help voters understand a candidate’s values, though Bilotta emphasized that nothing replaces direct, face-to-face contact with constituents.

The conversation also turned to the city’s walkability. A new initiative to get residents moving more sparked debate on whether Worcester is truly a walkable city. Panelists also raised the issue of the fare-free WRTA bus system, noting that while the service is available, it needs stronger public awareness and promotion.

Housing and affordability, consistent priorities for Worcester voters, were front and center in Bilotta’s remarks. The Roundtable also touched on the question of decorum in public life, underscoring the importance of maintaining civility in city politics.
